Shipping Policy (South Africa)

Courier: Aramex Store-to-Door


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Order processing does not include weekends or public holidays.


2. Delivery Timeframe

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

📦 8–11 Business Days (Standard Delivery)

via Aramex Store-to-Door.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination,
  • Aramex routing,
  • Public holidays,
  • Weather conditions,
  • Unforeseen courier delays.

3. Courier Service Used

All parcels are shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door, one of South Africa’s leading courier services.

Customers will receive:

  • A confirmation email/SMS once their order has been shipped
  • A tracking number to follow the delivery progress

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
Free shipping promotions may apply during special campaigns.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Customer unavailability
  • Failure to collect or receive the parcel

6. Delays & Liability Disclaimer

We always work to ship orders on time; however:

⛔ Important Notice:

Once a parcel has been handed over to Aramex, delivery timing is no longer under our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier backlogs,
  • Operational issues at Aramex,
  • Strikes or protests,
  • Weather disruptions,
  • Load shedding delays at courier depots,
  • Transport issues on the courier’s side.

This disclaimer is legal under South African consumer law as long as:

  • The product is shipped within the timeframe we promise
  • The courier delay is outside our control
  • We still assist the customer with tracking & communication

(You are still responsible for ensuring the customer eventually receives the product or gets refunded if it becomes permanently lost.)


7. Lost or Stolen Parcels

If a parcel is lost by the courier:

  • We will open an investigation with Aramex
  • After confirmation, we will provide a replacement at no cost

Stolen parcels after successful delivery scans (e.g., porch theft) are not the responsibility of the seller.


8. Tracking Your Order

You will receive your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.


9. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all major cities, towns, and rural areas within South Africa.

Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times.
